1. Engagement & Scope
These Terms of Service govern corporate secretarial, company incorporation, accounting, taxation, and advisory services provided by JJV Lucky Stars Consultants Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202600000X) to clients. Specific engagements will be confirmed via an Engagement Letter or Service Agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to furnish accurate, complete, and timely information, registers, financial records, and identification documents required for ACRA BizFile+ filings, IRAS tax submissions, and KYC compliance.
3. Statutory Filings & Deadlines
While JJV Lucky Stars Consultants proactively alerts clients to upcoming statutory deadlines (AGM, Annual Returns, ECI, Form C-S, GST returns), timely authorization and sign-off by directors are mandatory to execute lodgments before statutory cutoff dates.
4. Governing Law
These terms and all professional engagements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
